The masterplan, like a precondition of far-reaching development, requires the coming of recreational, sports and health zones and business centers inside the Tbilisi Sea area.
According to PwC representatives, it becomes an important document aiming to benefit Tbilisi’s residents and drive economic development when using the participation of both public and private actors.
“We notice that it features a potential to customize the technique Tbilisi Sea area and to be described as a visionary task for the Georgian state,” Mike Wilder, a PwC partner, stated.
The document was in line while using the capital’s land use masterplan, and it’ll promote the ideal growth of the Tbilisi Sea area.
